Gifts Made in USA

In this American town of Swanville, Minnesota an idea was born and was called DREAMSAKS. They are really cool personalized pillow cases. There is a story behind the making of the pillowcases about a man and his dog and stealing dreams. I won’t tell you the whole story here because the way the guy explains it is much more interesting than I ever could. What I like about this 100% USA made company is of course that the product is USA made, but more importantly, it is something unique that you can share with a loved one.

I love the American flag dreamsak. It has space where you write a message to your loved one and is perfect for our soldiers overseas. What you’re supposed to do is sleep with it on your pillow for a few nights and “catch your dreams” to send to your loved one. Great idea for kids who are missing their dads.

I work in a long term care home and so many of my residents’ family members are so far away and they can’t get to see their loved ones alot. I was thinking this is a neat concept for residents in a nursing home. What do you think?

The price is under $20 for each dreamsak, but what a gift made in USA that you can buy for a loved one!

If you are looking for a really different item for a baby shower or gift item, these bath boats would probably be something that no one else has thought about.

These Bath Boats are made by hand and are custom made in Minnesota that can take up to 6 weeks to custom make. The owners have been making them since 1971. When you order them you tell them a little about the person you are buying the bathboat for and they will custom make it just for that person. If you compare the price of wood these days, the price is really not bad and you have a keepsake and very durable gift. Check them out. I know I love the USA bathboat but then you all knew that would be my favorite one.  A big A+++ for this American made company with gifts made in USA!

Ever hear of the old pattern maker Simplicity? Guess what else they make?
